We offer virtual classes, for children, teens and adults, 2-3 times a week, and include online courses that work around your schedule, live zoom sessions, and private lessons as-needed. Our program also includes extra ways to stay connected during social distancing, weekly challenges and fitness courses on-demand. Get your gi on, log on, and press play for a fun and focused workout. Our martial arts classes are always full of focused energy and new techniques. Siblings and parents have been known to tag along, so enjoy the workout and focus on some positive movement and connection as a family. A bright spot in your day, good for mind, body and soul.

Online classes will be no different than regular classes as we will still require all students to learn the curriculum at hand. Practicing at home is important to ensure the student does not fall behind. Instructors will be available for online private lessons for all individuals who may need one on one help. We recommend booking your lesson a couple days in advance via firstname.lastname@example.org to save your spot! Please take a video or picture of your child practicing at home and post on our Facebook page to enter our raffle to win Pallen's merch!
