Scheduled activities makes sense of kids days and hours, and our Martial Arts programs are built to hone focused energy and energize kids by employing new skills and techniques, which in turn builds confidence, and more engagement overall.

Stay connectedOur program also includes extra ways to stay connected during social distancing, with weekly challenges and live classes to connect with peers. Extra activities, like safely-distanced workouts in the park, and craft and online dance activities help connect us all. Siblings and parents have been known to tag along for class, so enjoy the workout and focus on some positive movement and connection as a family.
