Cardio Kickboxing

Can you remember the last time you worked out?

Then this is the exercise program for you! Join us as we explore the very fundamental basics of cardio kickboxing, a combination of boxing and martial arts in a fun and welcoming atmosphere. Together we’ll learn to build stamina, coordination, flexibility, and strength in a low-impact, but motivated workout. Twelve ounce boxing gloves are required and can be purchased through the instructor for $30 + tax

The class is 45 minutes long and consist of warm ups, basic boxing techniques with a cardio twist, partner work or bag work, butts and/or guts, and a cool down session.

Regular workout clothes are used and shoes are welcome.

The class is high impact and energy. Be prepared to sweat.
